Biography
Charles B. Strozier teaches history at John Jay College and the Graduate Center, CUNY, and is a practicing psychoanalyst in New York City. He is the author of Lincoln’s Quest for Union: A Psychological Portrait (Basic Books and Paul Dry Books), Heinz Kohut: The Making of a Psychoanalyst (Farrar, Straus and Giroux), and Apocalypse: Fundamentalism in America (Beacon).
